Tile & Grout Cleaner

Why does this clean tile so easily? It is because of our hydrogen peroxide technology in the Tile & Grout Cleaner which targets organic debris. Most of the debris that dirty tile has is from some type of organic material that either got spilled or tracked onto the tile surface. The hydrogen peroxide when mixed with hot water makes millions of tiny little bubbles kind of like “Alka-Seltzer”™ tablet. These bubbles sink to the surface and like a million tiny little microscopic explosions, loosen all the dirt and debris and can be easily wiped or mopped up. Stubborn tile may require a light scrubbing but we have always been able to clean any tile or any floor surface that we set out to clean. We have also been told from professional cleaners that one of the reasons this is such a successful cleaner is that it has the capability to remove past cleaning compounds from the tile's surface as well as the organic material and that is where most cleaning agents fail.

Is it "Green"? It sure is! It has no fumes or obnoxious odors having a pleasant citrus scent. The Tile & Grout Cleaner contains no toxic ingredients and is "greener" than just about any product available. After you mix the product and do your cleaning, if there is any cleaner left over, empty it down your drain. It will break up any organic material and also deodorize as it goes safely through the pipes. If you have a septic system it will also benefit from the organic material being broken up and dissolved. Within 4-6 hours after mixing the Tile & Grout Cleaner, the mixture biodegrades almost completely back to water. It’s an excellent choice if you have the environment in mind when you buy your cleaning products.

Grout just doesn't clean properly with common household cleaners. To effectively clean grout, the grout needs to be penetrated and the debris lifted out.  We focused our attention on the wetting agents, the ingredients that bring the hydrogen peroxide below the surface, because there is a barrier there that most products can't penetrate leaving your grout at best, marginally clean.

When the tile is on a wall, like in a shower, it's almost impossible to penetrate because the common grout cleaning products run off before it can work. We solved this problem by adding ingredients that act as natural adhesives, giving the hydrogen peroxide (our active ingredient) time to work before it runs down the wall. We tested our tile and grout cleaner on floors of fast food restaurants. Having passed that test we are supremely confident that any kitchen tile will come completely clean when it comes to common organic debris like food and dirt.

The Tile and Grout Cleaner is a non-staining solution and will not stain carpet, clothing or any other surface that it comes in contact with. If you have outdoor tile to clean that have plants nearby, have no fear, the solution will not harm plants or grass. This product also works great on linoleum flooring or Formica and granite countertops.

Directions:
Each 2LB bottle contains 4 cups of Tile and Grout Cleaner. Mix 2 cups cleaner with 1 gallon of very warm water, stir the solution frequently for 15 minutes prior to use. Coat the grout or tile with the solution and allow 15 minutes to penetrate and starting breaking up the debris, scrub with a grout cleaning brush and rinse thoroughly with hot water for top professional results or steam to remove the solution. To further brighten the grout repeat the process and let the solution soak as long as possible (before it dries) and rinse.
