New-Crete

Concrete is made of sand, crushed stones, rocks and minerals.   After new concrete has been exposed to the weather the minerals in the concrete begin to oxidize, not really dark, but just enough to make nice white concrete look dirty.  People do not like the "dirty" look and now they no longer have to.  New-Crete can make "dirty" concrete look like new.

Big dark rust stains or iron stains look awful on nice white concrete.  These are usually the result of a lawn sprinkler/ "hard" water combination as hard water causes staining.  Rust stains can also occur where a metal object meets the concrete, like a railing on a set of steps, or on a walk way, or where a sign post meets the concrete.  Sometimes dripping water from a metal object carries metal ions in the water and those ions turn to rust on the concrete where it dripped.

Whatever the case may be if you have a rust or iron stain on your concrete then New-Crete can clean it.  If you want the whole surface cleaned, New-Crete can do that also.  New-Crete dissolves rust and iron deposits on contact.  Just apply the New-Crete and watch stains melt away. New-Crete is also great for etching concrete.  Etching is basically the preparatory cleaning that needs to be done prior to applying a concrete sealer or stain.  Without etching the surface the sealer or stain may not last and will most likely end up peeling.

You do not have to seal or stain your concrete.  It is a personal choice.  You could just clean the concrete and apply the New-Crete to give your concrete a new fresh look.  We recommend cleaning the concrete with our Concrete Wash prior to using the New-Crete.  The Concrete Wash will remove all  organic matter from the surface, like mold, mildew and dirt.  If you are cleaning a garage floor prior to sealing or staining and there are any big oil stains, I would recommend also using a "De-greaser" on those stains.  De-greasers tend to be quite toxic, so please limit the use to the stain itself, contain your waste and dispose of it properly.

Directions: 

To Remove rust or iron spots; apply New-Crete directly to the stain or spot, reapply for deep stains and wipe, brush or hose anything that remains but the entire stain will go.

To brighten a full concrete surface; prepare surface first by washing it with Wash Safe Concrete Wash then apply a coat of New-Crete with a "garden style" pump sprayer, let it soak in and it will brighten immediately, hose off if needed.
